Hedri SUMMER CAMP 2026 CONCLUDES SUCCESSFULLY WITH PARTICIPATION OF 265 STUDENTS
Hedri, June 14, 2026: The Summer Camp 2026, conducted from 05 June to 14 June 2026, concluded successfully with enthusiastic participation from students across the mining-affected villages. The ten-day program was designed to provide a balanced blend of learning, creativity, physical activities, and personality development.
A total of 265 students, including 150 boys and 115 girls, participated in the camp. The students represented various GP villages, including Hedri, Manger, Mallampadi, Surjagad, Pursalgondi, Itulnar, Bande, Petha, Ekra, Zarewada, Parsalgondi, Aldandi, Tumargunda, Markal, Udera, and Etapalli.
Throughout the camp, students actively engaged in a wide range of activities, including art and craft, music, dance, yoga, indoor and outdoor sports, and group-based learning exercises. Special sessions focusing on communication skills, teamwork, leadership, and confidence-building were also conducted to support the holistic development of the participants.
The camp commenced on 05 June 2026 with an inaugural session, followed by introductory activities and team formation. From 06 June to 13 June 2026, participants took part in structured activity sessions, creative workshops, sports competitions, and talent development programs. On 13 June 2026, cultural performances and group presentations were organized, providing students with an opportunity to showcase their talents and creativity.
The final day, 14 June 2026, was marked by a grand closing ceremony during which students presented cultural performances, shared their experiences, and received appreciation for their active participation. Certificates were distributed to all participants as a token of encouragement and recognition.
The event was graced by distinguished guests from the Lloyds team and respected village representatives. Their presence motivated the students and added significance to the occasion.
The Summer Camp was highly appreciated by students, parents, and community members for providing a meaningful platform for experiential learning, skill development, and joyful engagement during the vacation period.
